Operation in Extreme Conditions
The following extreme conditions may occur:
– shutdown or unsatisfactory operation of the aspiration system which may result
in increased dust content as well as fire potential;
– destruction of the roller, the head, or foreign objects got into the operation zone
between the roller and the head result in increased vibration
chatter, hammering
occurrence, strong noise.
In case of detection of the above mentioned signs, as well as in case of failures of
systems capable of causing emergency situations, it is necessary to:

immediately stop the operation and switch off the Product by pressing the
emergency stop button on the control panel of the workshop production line;
– r
eport on what happened to the shift workshop foreman.
