Chapter 2 Operation Description

Explanation of Each Operation

(1) Hopping
As shown in the figure below, the clutch for hopping is turned on/off according to whether current to the
coil is on or off.

When the clutch is OFF

When the clutch is ON

When the clutch is on, the hopping gear engages with the clutch plate to turn the hopping roller.
When the clutch is off, the hopping gear is separated from the clutch plate by the spring for resetting, so
that the hopping roller does not turn.
