The OKIPAGE 4w Plus/4m malfunctions after the power supply has been
turned on.

• Turn the power supply off, then on again.

• Is the LED lamp on?

• No

Is the AC cable connected correctly?

• No

Connect the AC cable correctly.

• Yes Is  +5 V supplied between CN1 Pin 7 and CN1 Pin 13 of the high-voltage

power supply board?

(Pin 7:  +5 V, Pin 13:  0 V)

Are the CN1 connectors of the high-voltage power supply board and

main control board connected correctly?
