If you wish to spool your print job to the printer’s hard drive, select
Job Spool
.
Secure
This feature allows you to print confidential documents on printers
that are shared with other users in a network environment. The
confidential document is sent to the printer and stored on the hard
disk drive under your seleted Job Name and Password. The
document can only be printed through the printer’s control panel by
someone with the required password.
