Click Start

Settings
→
Printers (Printers and Faxes
for XP/Server 2003).

Right click on your printer.

Click Properties.
4.
Click the General tab (if necessary).
5.
Click Printing Preferences.
6.
Click the Job Options tab.

Under Quality, make your selection.

Change any other settings as desired.

Click OK.

The General tab screen appears.

Change any other settings as desired.

Click OK.

The Printers and Faxes screen appears.
14.
Close the screen.
