Error Code 392 & 393
A paper jam has occured in paper tray 2/tray 3
1.
Pull out the paper cassette tray.
2.
Remove the jammed paper.
3.
After removing the jammed paper, open the
Multi Purpose Tray.
4.
Push the blue handle, located in the centre,
upward and open the front cover.
5.
When a paper jam occurs, turn the blue dial in
the direction of the arrow, and slowly pull out
the jammed paper.
6.
Close the front cover and the Multi Purpose
Tray.
