Service Method
To obtain repair or replacement under this Limited Guarantee,the purchaser
/owner must contact an authorized Okayrobot Inc. distributor within the
applicable limited guarantee period.Find the nearest authorized distributor
on Okayrobot website. If you are unable to contact your local authorized
distributor, you may contact with After-Sales Service Phone: 400-876-0090
If shipping the Okayrobot or its parts is necessary,the shipping costs shall
be paid by the purchaser/owner.The authorized Okayrobot distributor/
serviceprovider/Okayrobot Service Center will do repair/replacement or
firmware updating in reasonable period and shipping the item back to the
purchaser /owner after repaired.
Limited Liability
Obligations and liability of Okayrobot Inc.for any defects in any Okayrobot,
its part, or accessory are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts
as required by the Limited Guarantee. Okayrobot Inc. neither assumes

authorizes anyone to assume for it ) any other obligation or liability in
