Assembling the Chair
Check the parts
Insert the gas cylinder onto the base
Mount the footstep (Removing the footstep and adjusting the height)
Mount the gas cylinder into the chair

Insert the gas cylinder onto the base by aligning the gas cylinder
cover indicator side with the base "Rear" sticker arrow position.
*Check that the swivel lock lever of the chair (backrest, seat) is
lowered.
Insert the chair onto the gas cylinder so that the rear side of the
seat is at the rear of the base.
Sit on the seat so that the seat is inserted all the way onto the
gas cylinder.
Align the direction of
the base and seat.
*This procedure describes how to assemble the chair with the
indicator facing the rear, but in actuality, the indicator can be set
in any direction according to user preference. However, be
aware that once the gas cylinder is mounted, it cannot be
remounted.

Loosen the knob of the footstep, press it out
slightly in the direction of the arrow, and
then remove the clamp from the footstep
body. Loosen the clamp until the is no
longer visible.
Raise the seat, and pass the footstep
through the cylinder at the metal part of the
cylinder as shown in the figure.
*Tighten at a position where the protrusions on the
step fit into the groove of the cylinder cover without
any gaps.
Insert the clamp from above as shown in the
figure, move the step to the position where you
want to lock it, and then tighten the knob.
(The mark position of the clamp is the height
position of the indicator.)
