Add a few ingredients at a time to the glass to ease the correct processing and avoid
that an excessive quantity creates annoying foods leakages through the cover.
NEVER
fill the glass

determines an increase in the processed foods volume.

It is recommended to insert liquid foods in the glass before solid ones.
Liquid foods presence ease and speeds up the processing even at a lower speed.

Work for a few seconds and check the processing consistency; proceed with the pro-
cessing until reaching the desired result.
During functioning hold the glass (2) with your hand.
Do not overload the motor excessively.
If the motor stops, turn off the appliance immediatly, remove the plug
from the outlet, remove part of the processed food and wait a few
seconds before resuming to work.
Solid foods processing.
• Particularly dense mixes require particular care. During processing, turn off the ap-
pliance (start switch on “0”) and after waiting for the blades to stop completely re-
move the cover, remove everything that is present on the glass sides and take it back
in contact with the blades using a spatula.

DO NOT use fingers.
• If, in so doing, processing becomes long add,
compatibly with the recipe, some liquid and
possibly increase speed.
Cut solid foods (carrots, cheese, etc.) into little pieces (into little cubes)
to help their processing.
