• Start the appliance by pressing one of the two
switches (6 or 7).
6 - Minimum speed “I” to mince or mix “soft”
foods (example: cooked vegetables soup,
baby food, shakes, etc.)
7 - Maximum speed “II” to mince “hard” foods
(example: carrots, apples, etc.) or to mix
denser compounds.
If you notice that the motor shows difficulties in the rotation, gradually add small
quantities of liquid or increase the speed motor.

Release both the switches (6 and 7) to stop the appliance.
The appliance is equipped
with a safety switch (8) on
the motor body (1) which
doesn’t allow its starting
if it’s not correctly placed
on the adapter (2).
Do not let the appliance
work manipulating the
safety switch (8).
