Android users:
Make sure the app has the
alert switch on. Confirm that the messages
can be displayed on the notification bar of
your phone, and if the push notifications of
the smartwatch can be read. If there is no
notifications on your phone, then the
smartwatch won’t receive a notification. Find
the notification and status bar in your mobile
phone settings, and make sure you allow
WhatsApp, QQ, phone, SMS, Hero Band III
Switch.
Iphone users:
Make sure that you allow
pairing when connecting to the Smartwatch.
You can check this in your phone settings.
