Not operating.

Use the product when electricity is restored.
●
Reconnect the power cord.
●
Turn on the power switch.
No light & heating after pressing
the heat switch.
●
Press the ‘Shiatsu’ switch before turning the
‘Heat’ switch.
●
Press the ‘Rolling’ switch before turning on the
‘Heat’ switch.
During operation, the controller
is working but the massager is
not working.
●
The massager could be overheated after
prolonged use. It will automatically cool down
to resume its normal condition. Please turn off
the power and stop using the massager for 30
to 50 minutes to facilitate heat dissipation of the
engine.
Back massage function does
not work.
●
Turn on the power switch.
●
Reconnect the power cord.
Seat vibration does not work.
●
Turn on the ‘Vibration’ button.
●
Reconnect the power cord.
Sudden stop.
●
