Determination total hardness
The measurement can be aborted at any time using the

1. Open the menu selection using
[MENU].
2. Confirm “special functions” with
[OK].
3. Use

to change to “determination total hardness”
of the selected sensor and confirm with
[OK]
.
4. Put 20 ml of the sample in the sensor.
Dip the pH sensor in the water sample.
Start the measurement process with
[OK].
5. Measurement process: The sample is
measured (duration: 60 seconds).
6. Confirm measurement with
[OK].
7. Add 0.4 ml RM B. Insert the sensor in the sensor
vial, shake slowly several times. Start the measure-
ment process with
[OK].
8. Measurement process: The sample is measured
(Duration: 60 seconds).
9. Confirm measurement with
[OK].
10. Display total hardness.
