Remove all parts from carton, separate by part numbers indicated on parts list, and verify part quantities.
STEP 1
Insert five Casters (2) into Base (1), push hard until you feel or hear the Caster (2) snap into place.
STEP 2
Attach Arms (7L & 7R)) to Seat Cushion (5) using three Long Phillips Screws (8) for each arm.
TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS COMPLETELY USING PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWDRIVER.
STEP 3
Attach Mechanism (3) to Seat Cushion (5) with arrow pointing towards the front of the chair, secure Mechanism (3) using four Short
Phillips Screws (9),
FULLY
TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS COMPLETELY USING PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWDRIVER.
STEP 4
Insert Pneumatic Cylinder (4) into Base (1), place assembled seat on top of Pneumatic Cylinder (4) and apply downward pressure.
STEP 5
Insert Back Support (10) into back of Mechanism (3) and fully tighten knob.
FULLY
TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS COMPLETELY USING PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWDRIVER.
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE ALL SCREWS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING CHAIR.
