Remove all parts from carton, separate by part numbers indicated on parts list, and verify part quantities.
STEP 1
Insert four Casters (2) into Base Frame (1), push hard until you feel or hear the Caster (2) snap into place.
STEP 2
Attach Arm Pads (5) to Base Frame (1) using two Short Screws (11) for each Arm Pad (5).
STEP 3
Attach Plastic Brackets (7) to Base Frame (1) and secure Base Frame to Seat Cushion (3) using two Metal Brackets (6) and four Long
Screws (10)
FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS USING ALLEN WRENCH (13).
STEP 4
Insert two Plastic Plugs (12) into top of Base Frame (1), Attach Backrest (4) to Base Frame (1) using four Backrest Clips (8) and four
Screws (9).
FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS USING ALLEN WRENCH (13).
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE ALL SCREWS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING CHAIR.
