ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Use hand tools only for assembly as power tools may cause damage
2. Carefully remove any staples used for packaging.
Remove all parts from carton, separate by part numbers indicated on parts list, and verify part quantities.
STEP 1
Unzip dust barrier on bottom of Seat (2). Secure Seat (2) to Chair Back (1) using four Flat Washers (5), four Lock Washers (4) and four
Short Bolts (6).
SEE DETAIL A. FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SHORT BOLTS (6) USING ALLEN WRENCH (8).
STEP 2
Secure both Legs (3) to bottom of Seat (2) to using two Flat Washers (5), two Lock Washers (4) and two Long Bolts (7) for each Leg (3).

DETAIL B. FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SHORT BOLTS (6) USING ALLEN WRENCH (8).
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE ALL BOLTS ARE SECURELY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING CHAIR.
