Remove all parts from carton, separate by part numbers indicated on parts list, and verify part quantities.
STEP 1
Attach Side Frames (3L & 3R) to Seat Cushion (2). using eight Phillips Head Screws (5).
STEP 2
Attach Back Cushion (1) to Side Frames (3L & 3R) using four Phillips Head Screws (4).
FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS USING PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWDRIVER (not provided).
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE ALL SCREWS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING CHAIR.
