Remove all parts from carton, separate them into part numbers as indicated on the Parts List and make sure part
quantities are correct.
STEP 1
Insert five Casters (1) into Base (2). Push hard until you feel or hear casters (1) snap into place.
STEP 2
Insert Pneumatic Cylinder (3) into Base (2).
STEP 3
Loosen Footring Adjustment Knob (6) and slide Footring (5) down Pneumatic Cylinder (3). Hand tighten
Footring Adjustment Knob (6) and slide plastic Bellows (4) over Pneumatic Cylinder (3).
STEP 4
With arrows facing the front of chair attach Seat Plate (7) to Seat Cushion (9) using six Small Machine Screws
(8). Slide Backrest Post (11) between Seat Cushion (9) and Seat Plate (7) and secure using one Lock Washer (15),
Flat Washer (14) and Backrest Depth Adjustment Knob (12).
FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS AND KNOB.
STEP 5
Slide Back Cushion (10) onto Backrest Post (11) and secure with one Flat Washer (14) and Backrest Height
Adjustment Knob (13).
FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS AND KNOB.
STEP 6
Place seat and back assembly of chair onto Pneumatic Cylinder (3) and apply downward pressure.
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE ALL SCREWS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING CHAIR.
