OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
1. Use this product only one person at a time.
2. Do not use this chair unless all bolts screws and knobs
are securely tightened.
3. Check that all bolts screws and knobs are tight every
three months or as needed.
4. Do not overturn back tilt knob when decreasing tension.
5. Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use plastic
cover as head covering. It may cause suffocation.
6. Do not use chair as a stepladder.
7. Use this chair for its intended purpose only.
8. Use mild detergent only for cleaning.
WARRANty
The chair is warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
• 15 Years on all non-moving metal parts.
• 5 Years on component parts including Control mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, wood, plastic parts, base and casters.
• 3 Years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
To make a warranty claim, contact Parts Department. Provide model number and description of the problem and obtain return
authorization. At it’s option Office Star Products will:
(a) Supply compatible components of current manufacture.
(b) Repair the customer’s component. The customer must prepay freight on any components returned to the factory. Return
freight on components still in warranty will be paid by Office Star Products.
*All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs. or
less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other
event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or
consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. When usage is more than 40 hours per week, a two
year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric and foam is warranted for one year.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Our quality standards are among the highest in the industry. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, there are times when parts

FEAtURES
• PNEUMATIC SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
To raise seat remove pressure from seat and lift lever (1). To lower
seat height sit on chair and lift lever(1).
NOTE:
It is normal for chair to slightly lower under body
weight.
• SEAT/BACK ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
For individual comfort, this chair has been equipped with an adjustment
that will allow the user to change the Seat and Back angles. To adjust
Seat/Back Angle lift lever (2). Push lever down to lock at any angle.
• BACK HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT KNOB
To adjust the height of the backrest, first loosen the adjustment knob
(3) at the back of the seat by turning it counterclockwise. Do not over
loosen the adjustment knob (3). Move the backrest to a desired height
and tighten the adjustment knob (3) by turning it clockwise.
• ARM HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
To adjust arm height, push button (4) in to allow the arms to move up or
down freely. Release the button (4) once the desired height is reached.
• ARM WIDTH ADJUSTMENT
To adjust arm width, first loosen the knob (5) at the bottom of the
seat by turning it counterclockwise. Do not over loosen the knob (5).
Move the arms to a desired width and tighten the knob (5) by turning it
clockwise.

Enlever toutes les pièces du carton, les organiser selon les numéros de pièce indiqués sur la liste et s’assurer que les quantités des pièces reçues
sont correctes.
ÉTAPE 1
Insérer les cinq roulettes (2) dans la base (1) et pousser fort jusqu’à ce que chaque roulette (2) s’encliquette. Insérer le vérin pneumatique (3)
dans la base (1), et glisser le soufflet (4) sur l’arbre du vérin.
ÉTAPE 2
Attacher le mécanisme (5) au coussin du siège (7) en utilisant deux vis Allen courtes (9) sur l’arrière du mécanisme (5). Attacher la barre de soutien
des bras (11) au mécanisme (5) en utilisant quatre vis Allen (9) sur l’avant du mécanisme (5).
SERRER COMPLÈTEMENT TOUTES LES VIS.
Pousser le
mécanisme du soufflet en plastique (6) en position au-dessus du bouton de réglage de la hauteur (23) et du mécanisme (5).
ÉTAPE 3
Insérer les bras (12) dans la barre de soutien des bras (11). Attacher les bras (12) à la barre de soutien des bras (11) en utilisant deux boutons de réglage de
l’écartement des bras (14), deux rondelles plates (15) et deux rondelles en étoile (16).
SERRER LES BOUTONS DE RÉGLAGE DE L’ÉCARTEMENT DES BRAS (14).
ÉTAPE 4
Attacher les coussins de bras (13) aux bras (12) en utilisant quatre vis à tête Phillips (10).
ÉTAPE 5
Attacher la plaque métallique du dossier (19), le montant du dossier (18) et la plaque en plastique du dossier (17) au coussin du dossier (8) en
utilisant deux vis Allen longues (20)
COMME MONTRÉ DANS LE DESSIN. SERRER COMPLÈTEMENT LES VIS.
Installer le couvercle en plastique du
dossier sur la plaque métallique du dossier (19).
ÉTAPE 6
Glisser le montant du dossier (18) dans l’extrémité du mécanisme (5) et du mécanisme du soufflet en plastique (6). Poser le bouton en plastique
(22) dans le montant du dossier (18)
COMME MONTRÉ DANS LE DESSIN DÉTAILLÉ A,
et serrer le bouton de réglage de la hauteur (23).
SERRER
COMPLÈTEMENT LE BOUTON DE RÉGLAGE DE LA HAUTEUR (23).
ÉTAPE 7
Placer le siège assemblé sur le dessus du vérin pneumatique (3) et pousser la pression vers le bas.
ATTENTION: AVANT D’UTILISER LE FAUTEUIL, S’ASSURER D’AVOIR SERRÉ COMPLÈTEMENT TOUTES LES VIS ET TOUS LES BOUTONS.
