Driving Over Obstacles
Follow these precautions when driving over obstacles:
1. Always check for obstacles before driving in a new area.
2. Look ahead and watch the terrain. Always be alert for hazards such as
logs, rocks and low hanging branches.
3. Drive slowly and use extra caution when driving on unfamiliar terrain.
Obstacles are not always clearly visible.
4. Do not drive over large obstacles such as rocks and fallen trees. If it’s
unavoidable, use extreme caution and drive slowly.
5. Always have a passenger dismount and move away from the vehicle
before driving over an obstacle that could cause an overturn.
