SETTING
ADJUSTMENTS:
The valves on the Professional Grill features an
Adjustable low setting.
Due to fluctuations in gas pres-
sure, heating value or gas conversion, you may feel it
necessary to increase or decrease gas flow in the low
position.
TO
ADJUST:
1.
Light the burner.
2.
Turn the control knob to the lowest setting (all
the way counter-clockwise)
3.
Remove the knob.
4.
Insert
a thin tipped screwdriver into the screw and
while viewing the flame adjust to a minimum
stable flame.
