Wiring
To wire the LED PAPI 66 system properly use the cables supplied already attested to the equipment:

Power cable equipped with overmolded connector L-823 Style 1 to connect to the secondary of the isolation
transformer (L-830, L-831) 150 W.

Monitoring cable (optional) equipped with overmolded connector L-823 Style 6 to connect to the secondary
of the isolation transformer (L-830, L-831) 45 W.
●
Communication cable (bus CAN).
The isolation transformers necessary for the functioning of the unit are not included in the
supply. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange appropriate certified equipment to
supply the units.
The LHA units communicate with each other by means of a CAN type communication bus.
To work properly the CAN bus must be equipped with two termination resistors at the two
ends of the bus. The termination resistors are installed in the units identified as LHA1 and
LHA4 that must necessarily be installed respectively in the nearest and furthest position
from the runway.
