The following cases are not always dysfunctional.
Check before contacting customer service.
Problem Soloution
Does not work
-The circuit breaker or fuse is blown.
-Wait 3 minutes and turn on the appliance again.
The breaker may be preventing the unit from operating.
-The batteries of the remote control are discharged.
-The plug is not connected correctly.
Works just moments -If the set temperature is close to the room temperature, you
can decrease the set temperature.
-Output of air blocked by an obstacle. Remove this
obstacle.
Works but does not cool -Door or window be opened.
-Another heater works (heating, lamp, etc.)
-The air filter is dirty, clean it.
-Output or air intake clogged.
-Temperature set too high.
-Ventilation speed too low, selected higher ventilation
speed.
Does not work and the water
indicator lights up. -Drain the water into a container using the drain hose on
the back of the appliance.
If the unit still does not work, consult a qualified
technician.
The machine is noisy or
vibrates.
The device is not placed on a flat surface. Always install
the appliance on a flat, stable surface.
The device makes a noise
"Gurgling".
This is normal. This is the sound of the refrigerant gas
circulating inside the device.
The remote control does not
work
Ensure that the distance between the remote and the unit
is not too important.
-Ensure orient the remote control to the air conditioner.
-Ensure that there are no obstacles between the remote
control and the air conditioner.
-The remote-control batteries are exhausted. Replace
them.
