Screen
Description
Ready screen. Press the Tools button (
) to access the Tools menu
(see below).
Tools menu consists of the following functions:
-- Activates the USB connection mode. In this mode, the library can
be updated through the USB connection.
-- Allows you to set the time.
-- Allows you do a manual calibration by clearing the sample vial
area and pressing this tool button. This tool will turn green if the
calibration passes and red if it fails.
-- Activates Dynamic Raman Scattering (DRS). The DRS is active if
this tool is green and inactive if this tool is red.
-- Allows you to view a list of library entries.
-- Advances to the Ready screen (see above).

Procedure
1.
Turn on the computer.
2.
Copy the device initialization file, IDRamanMini.inf, from the IDRaman Driver folder on the
USB memory stick to C:\Windows\inf.
