press DOWN or UP to show the alarm type you need on the display, such as Beep, and  

     then press VOLUME/SELECT to confirm.
6) The display shows “00:00”, press the UP or DOWN button to adjust the Hour and push  

down the rotary knob to confirm, then set the minute accordingly and confirm to finish  
the setting. 

When alarm is triggered, alarming:
1.

You can press ON/OFF button to turn off the alarm.

2.

If the wake up mode is set to DAB+, but there is no signal on the DAB+ station, then alarm 
will be triggered without sound, just the display will show the alarm icon.

3.5 PI code

This is service ID, reserved for further service.

3.6 Scanning for FM stations

1) Auto Scan

You can long press DOWN or UP to scan the stations automatically, the radio will stop 
to playing once one station is searched.

2) Manual Tune

You can short press DOWN or UP to scan for stations by 0.05MHz every time. You can 
press “Dial/Select” knob to confirm the choice or wait for 5s then turn to the displayed 
station automatically.

3.7 Scanning for DAB stations.

1) Manual Tune

In DAB mode, Long press VOLUME/SELECT to enter the manual tune, then press 
DOWN or UP to select a specific digital radio channel frequency from 5A to 13F, and 
press VOLUME/SELECT to confirm.

2) Full Scan

You can use the scan key on the remote control to do the full scan if necessary.

3.8 Factory reset

There may be times when you need to reset your receiver back to its original factory 
settings i.e. when you move the radio to another part of the country, so that you can pick 
up the national DAB stations in that area. If you don't do this, then when you select a 
station on the radio, it may no longer be available.
1) Hold the MODE button, then the display will show “Press Enter Key to Reset”;
2) Press VOLUME/SELECT to confirm, then the display will show “System Reset”, and  

followed with “System Reset OK” means the reset is finished, 

3) Then the radio will go for DAB auto scan and play the first alphanumerically found  

station, if there is no available station; the display will show “NO SERV”. If there is no 
DAB signal, the display will show “No signal”

REMARK: Please note that once the reset has taken place, you will lose all of your stored 
presets both DAB and FM, and the internal DAB registry.
