SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

The owner and/or operator shall have an understanding of the product, its operating characteristics, and safety operating 

instructions before operating it. Safety information shall be understood:

1. Study, understand and follow all instructions before operating this device.

2. No alterations shall be made to this product.

3. It shall be the responsibility of the user to ensure that applicable personal protective equipment (PPE) complies with applicable 

local safety codes.

OPERATION

IMPORTANT: Before using the headlamp for the first time, fully charge the battery.

Headlamp Use

1. Rotating Side Dial: Turn the dial clockwise to turn the headlamp on and counterclockwise to turn off.  The dial varies the light 

intensity from 15% (50 Lumens) to 100% (350 Lumens).

2. Top Button (labeled 

M

): Press the top button once to turn the headlamp to 100% intensity, a 2nd time to turn to 50% intensity 

and a 3rd time to turn the headlamp off.

3. The headlamp can be rotated 45

o

 or less (downward) tvo direct the light where it’s needed.

Motion Sensor

1. The headlamp can also operate hands-free by using the motion sensor function.  Turn this feature on and off by pressing the 

top button labeled      .  A blue LED light will turn on when the motion sensor is active.

2. When the motion sensor is active, wave your hand within 12 inches of the front of the headlamp 2 times to turn the headlamp 

on and and 2 times to turn the headlamp off.

 

Charging the Headlamp

1. Plug the micro-USB connector into the headlamp and the USB connector into a power source. The headlamp’s micro-USB port 

is located on the bottom of the headlamp and has a protective rubber cover labeled        .  Ensure that the cover is secured after 

charging to maintain the IP67 water and dust proof rating.

2. A solid red LED light indicates that headlamp is charging.  A solid green LED light indicates that headlamp is fully charged.

3. At a minimum, charge every 3-6 months to keep the battery working normally and to avoid damage. 

Headlamp Band and Clips

1. The headband interior has silicone strip to keep the headlamp secure to your head or hardhat. The headband can be adjusted 

to the needed size.

2. Four hardhat clips are included to fasten the headlamp to your hardhat even more securely.  Attached as many clips as 

needed to the headband and then hook the clips onto your hardhat. 

GENERAL WARNINGS

The light from this headlamp is very powerful and should not be shone directly into anyone's eyes, as this may cause short term 

blindness. If the beam does shine in your eyes, close them and look away immediately. Avoid putting the headlamp into water or 

other liquids.

This device utilizes rechargeable Lithium ion battery that can rupture, ignite and cause series injury if misused. Observe the 

follow safety rules; 

DO NOT place battery or device in high temperature. 

DO NOT tamper with battery wiring. 

DO NOT puncture or damage battery. 

DO NOT use battery that appears damaged. 

DO NOT immerse in or expose battery to water. 

DO NOT alter or modify the battery. 

DO NOT dispose of the battery in fire or water. 

Failure to heed these warning can result in personal injury and/or property damage.

- Keep out of the reach of children.

- Replace the battery with the same lithium-ion battery.
