To disconnect from Wi-Fi, uncheck Wi-Fi checkbox or press
widget button.
Wi-Fi Settings
•
Turn Wi-Fi on/off
•
Network Notification
– after checking this option the
icon in the status bar will be displayed in case if open net-
works are available
•
Add Wi-Fi network
– use this option in case, if the
network you’d like to connect to doesn’t transmit its network
name (SSID).
You can scan available Wi-Fi networks by bringing up the sec-
tion menu and selecting
Scan
.
To configure additional parameters, bring up section menu and
select
Advanced
. Here you can find:
•
Wi-Fi sleep policy
– selects conditions to switch Wi-Fi
to standby mode
•
MAC address
– shows MAC address of the device
•
IP address
•
Use static IP
– allows to configure network settings
manually.
To connect to the network manually, click
Add Wi-Fi network
option in
Wi-Fi settings
sub-menu. In the opened window, click
