Do not use the heating brush for wigs, hair extensions or artificial hair without
having tested the appliance on a small section of hair, as there may be a risk
that the hair will melt.
Tips for styling
Smooth hair
Take a section of hair and start close to the root of the hair. Pull the brush
slowly through the hair (exactly as you do when you brush your hair) and rotate
the brush at the same time. If you want to shape the hair outwards, wrap the
hair around the brush when you are close to the end area.
If, however, you want to shape the hair inwards, place the brush under the
section of hair and pull it from the root area towards the end area while slowly
rotating the brush. Hold the brush in position for a few seconds when you get
to the end area to shape the hair inwards.
Curly hair
Take a section of hair and pull the brush through the hair towards the end area,
wrap the hair around the brush and hold the brush for a few seconds. Carefully
remove the brush from the hair and shape the curls with your fingers.
If you want to have softer curls, pull the brush slowly through the hair down
towards the end area while rotating the brush.
Volume
To get short and middle-long hair look more voluminous, wrap a small section
of hair around the brush and pull the brush in the opposite direction of the
natural lie of the hair to lift up the hair roots.
Always let the hair cool before further styling. Finally add some hair spray to
get a long-lasting result.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Unplug the appliance and let the brush cool completely on a heat-resistant
surface before cleaning.
• Make sure that the brush is out of the reach of children. The brush reaches
very high temperatures during use and consequently it takes some time
before it has cooled completely.
• Never immerse the brush/the switch in water or any other liquid.
• Be careful that water does not penetrate into the barrel of the brush!
• Wipe the handle of the brush and the outer parts with a damp cloth and
finish by wiping with a dry cloth. If the barrel of the brush gets dirty or
discoloured you can clean it with a damp cloth and a drop of mild washing-
up liquid. Remove hair sticking to the brush by using a comb or similar, but
be careful not to put anything in the holes of the brush.
• Do not wrap the cord around the brush or the handle in order to avoid a
breakage of the cord.
