Weighing as per weight
1. Choose SCALE (SCL) by pressing the ”M” button until SCL/scale is displayed.
2. Press the ”U” button to choose weighing unit: grams or oz
3. Put the ingredients in the bowl
4. Read the weight. Make sure that the kitchen scale is placed on an even and stable
surface.
The solution of the display of lbs oz is 1/8 oz. If you want a finer solution or a higher accuracy,
choose grams as weighing unit.
Weighing as per volume
1. Choose one of the following ingredients by pressing the ”M” button: water, milk, oil,
sugar or flour.
2. Press the ”U” button to choose the weighing unit: fl.oz., cups or ml.
3. Put the ingredients in the bowl.
4. Read the weight. Make sure that the kitchen scale is placed on an even and stable
surface.
Milk, oil, sugar and flour can have various densities. Consequently, there will be variations
when weighing as per volume depending on the ingredient used. The measurements below
should therefore only be used as approximate values.
