OBH Nordica Sandwich grill Duo
Before the sandwich grill shall be used for the first time, read thoroughly the
instruction manual and save it for future reading.
How to use the sandwich grill
Check that the plug is not connected to wall socket. Open the lid, and insert the
plates to be used. Push one plate in locking position in the lid and one plate on
the lower part. A “click” will be heard. Check that they are properly in position.
The grill plates are suitable for bigger kinds of bread, such as ciabatta etc.
Smear the plates with some butter or oil on a kitchen roll before the grill is being
used for the first time.
Close the lid and connect the plug to the wall socket. The red lamp will go on.
Pre-warm until the green lamp goes on (after approx. 5 minutes).
Open the lid and place the sandwiches on the plates. Close the lid.
After 2-3 minutes, or according to your own preferences, open the lid and remove
the sandwiches with a wooden or plastic spatula. Never use kitchen utensils of
metal as these can damage the non-stick coating.
Close the lid to preserve the heat if you wish to grill additional sandwiches.
Disconnect the plug from wall socket after use.
