ObeDog Stride / Stride Dual Training Collar Setup / Operation Guide 

 
Setup: Remote Transmitter 
 

Preparing the Remote Transmitter for First USE: 
 
Charge the Remote Transmitter for approximately 30 

– 45 minutes 

Connect the charger to the charging jack and plug the charger into a standard outlet 
The red LED should be lit which indicates charging 

 

Once it is fully charged, the LED will turn off automatically 
Low battery indicator: the symbol 

  will show up on the right downside of LCD screen when it needs to be recharged. 

 
 

Operation: Remote Transmitter 

 

1. To turn On/Off the remote transmitter simply hold the 

Mode Button

 for 5 seconds. 

2. Access different modes by pressing the 

Mode Button

. The LCD images will change between 

 

 

 
3. To select different Vibration or Static Shock Correction levels, press the 

Up/Down Buttons

 on the right side of the 

remote transmitter. 
4. Press the 

Channel Button

 to select between 1 or 2 Receiver Collars. (Applicable to Dual Models with 2 Receiver 

Collars or if one choose to upgrade in the future) 
5. The Remote Transmitter will go into 

STANDBY MODE

 if not operated for 2 minutes and will TURN OFF if not operated 

for 5 minutes. 
6. In 

STANDBY MODE

, press any button (except LED light button) to wake the transmitter. 

7. If the transmitter is TURNED OFF, hold the 

Mode Button

 for 5 seconds to TURN ON the unit. 

 
 

Setup: Receiver Collar   

 

Preparing the Receiver Collar for First USE: 
 
Charge the Receiver Collar for approximately 30 - 45 minutes 
Open the rubber cover and connect the charger connector into the charging hole 
Plug the charger into a standard outlet 
The red LED should be flashing which indicates charging is in progress 
 Once it is fully charged, the LED will turn off automatically
