• Do not stand while testing. Sit in a relaxed position while keeping your wrist level with your heart.
• Avoid speaking or moving body parts while testing.
• While testing, avoid strong electromagnetic interference such as mobile phones and microwave ovens.
• Wait for 3 minutes or longer before re-testing.
• Try to measure your blood pressure at the same time each day for consistency.
• Test comparisons should only be made when the monitor is used on the same arm, in the same position, and at the
   same time of day.
• This blood pressure monitor is not recommended for people with severe arrhythmia.

USING THE UNIT

Applying The Arm Cuff

1. Insert the cuff plug into the cuff socket to the main unit. (the left side of the unit)
2. Fit the cuff to the upper arm with the direction mark at the inner side.
3. Wrap the cuff:

• The bottom edge of the cuff should be 1-2cm (0.4 - 0.8 inches) above the elbow,
   Fig. 2.
• Wrap the cuff with a gap of 1 or 2 fingers. Be careful that the cuff is not too tight.
