OVERVIEW
ASSEMBLY AND HOW TO USE
Set up:
1. To unfold the chair, tilt one side and push down on the seat rails.
2. Lift the backrest to upright position. The folding paddle will lock automatically.
3. Attached the footrests by aligning the holes on the footrests with the pegs on the frame of the transport chair.
4. to fold the chair, reverse the above steps.
The transport chair should never be used without assistance of an attendant.
LOCK BRAKE OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENT
Note: Always engage and disengage the lock brakes on both sides simultaneously.
- To lock the wheels in position, press down both brake handles.
- To release the lock brakes, push up both brake handles to the original position.
