Lagerung/Überwintern
Bei Wassertemperaturen unter 8 °C oder spätestens bei zu erwartendem Frost müssen Sie das System außer Betrieb
nehmen. Das System entleeren, eine gründliche Reinigung durchführen und auf Schäden überprüfen. Decken Sie die
Filterbehälter so ab, dass kein Regenwasser eindringen kann. Entleeren Sie sämtliche Schläuche, Rohrleitungen und
Anschlüsse soweit wie möglich und lassen Sie die Absperrschieber der Filtermodule geöffnet.
Entsorgung
Das Gerät ist gemäß den nationalen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen zu entsorgen. Fragen Sie Ihren Fachhändler.

Intended use
The Profiline Modulfilter series, in the following text termed unit, is exclusively intended for the mechanical and biological
cleaning of garden ponds with or without fish population at a minimum water temperature of +8 °C. The unit must not be
used for commercial or industrial purposes and not in conjunction with chemicals, foodstuffs, and easily flammable or
explosive substances.
Use other than that intended
Danger to persons can emanate from this unit if it is not used in accordance with the intended use and in the case of
misuse. If used for purposes other than that intended, our warranty and operating permit will become null and void
Safety information
OASE has manufactured this unit according to the highest quality standards and the valid safety regulations. Despite the
above, hazards for persons and assets can emanate from this unit if it is used in an improper manner or not in accordance
with its intended use, or if the safety instructions are ignored.
For safety reasons, children and young persons under 16 years of age as well as persons who cannot recognise
possible danger or who are not familar with these operating instructions, are not permitted to use this unit! Take
appropriate measures that no one can fall into the filter containers and drown!
Please keep these operating instructions in a safe place! Also hand over the operating instructions when passing the unit
on to a new owner. Ensure that all work with this unit is only carried out in accordance with these instructions.
The combination of water and electricity can lead to danger to life and limb, if the unit is incorrectly connected and
misused.
Electrical installations at garden ponds must meet the international and national regulations valid for
installers:
– It is not permitted to install units operated with a rated voltage of 230 V in swimming ponds.
– A minimum distance of all units and all electrical connections to the pond must be adhered to
(e.g. in Germany 2 m, in Switzerland 2.5 m)
In this case, use filter module M 1 (pump chamber) to safely install the filter pump in conformity with the standards. Refer
to the documentation of the individually used units. Keep the power plug and all connection points dry! Protect the
connection cable when burying to avoid damage. Only use cables, equipment, adapters, extension or connection cables
with an earthed contact and approved for outside use. Never carry out technical changes to the unit. Only use original
spare parts and accessories. Only allow authorised customer service outlets to perform repairs. Never use the pump for
fluids other than water! For your own safety, consult an expert when you have questions or encounter problems!
Function of the Profiline module filter
The Profiline module filter is a modular open filter system for the mechanical and biological cleaning of pond water. It
consists of five filter modules (M 1 - M 5) which can be combined in any desired way or can complement existing
configurations to meet the most varied requirements.
