Fitting the pump
How to proceed:

1. Screw the reduction element onto the pump outlet up to the stop.
2. Screw the pump and reduction element with flat seal onto the inlet of the nozzle body and hand tighten.
3. Align the pump.
– The filter basket of the pump must be centrally aligned to the counterweight.
– Do not turn the pump too far in order to avoid damage.
– Turn the pump back, if necessary, to the previous recess.
4. Screw the stud bolts into the two threaded holes on the right and left next to the pump and tighten.
– Select the centre of the three threaded holes on both sides.
5. Screw the nuts as far as possible onto the stud bolts.
– The nuts serve as a support for the retaining brace.
6. Fit the retaining brace.

7. Insert the Allen screws through the base of the pump and through the retaining brace, screw on the nuts together
with tooth lock washer and tighten.
8. Turn the nuts on the stud bolts up as far as the retaining brace.
– Ensure that the retaining brace fixes the pump in place without tension.
9. Screw the nuts with washer onto the stud bolts and tighten.

Multifunctional nozzle
How to proceed:

1. Unscrew the plug and remove together with the cover disk and both O-rings.
2. Screw in the plug with O-ring and tighten.
– The outlets of the multifunctional nozzle are now uncovered.
Optional nozzle
Connection: 25 mm (1 ")
How to proceed:

1. Unscrew the plug with O-ring and remove.
2. Screw in the optional nozzle with O-ring and tighten.
– The nozzle is now ready for use and the outlets of the multifunctional nozzle are closed off with the cover disk.
