Unpacking
If external damage becomes visible during unpacking which could impair the
functioning of other constituent parts of the equipment, please inform the carrier
(e.g. haulier, railway, postal or parcel service) of the defects immediately, on the
same day if possible, and insist on written confirmation. Then contact your supplier
who will take care of everything else.

Use these instructions to familiarize yourself with the device before you use it for
the first time. It is absolutely essential that you observe the safety guidelines on
the proper and safe use of the device.
For safety reasons, children and young people under 16 years of age, as well as
people who cannot recognize potential hazards or who are not familiar with these
instructions, must not use this device!
Please keep these instructions in a safe place! In the event of a change of owner-
ship, please pass these instructions on to the new owner along with the product.
Where can I use Lunaqua 35
— The lamp is intended for use in fountains and ponds, both in and out of water.
— Maximum capacity of lamp: 35 W.
— Maintain a safety margin of 50 cm from inflammable material in installations
out of water.
— Ensure that the lamp is not covered.
— The transformer is designed for use outside for amaximum ambient temperature
of +35°C.
— Ensure that the transformer is at least 2 m away from the edge of the pond
and is positioned so that it will not get wet in the event of flooding.
General safety instructions
— Ensure that the electrical specifications of the power supply correspond to the
type plate specifications.
— Only connect the transformer to an earthed socket conforming to the valid
national regulations (VDE, EN).
— Do not lift or carry the device by the cable.
— Swimming pools and ponds must conform to the international and national
installation regulations. Consult a qualified electrician.
— Ensure that the connection points always remain dry.
— A Residual Current Device (RCD), also known as a Residual Current Circuit
Breaker (RCCB), having a tripping current not exceeding 30mA must be
installed in the supply circuit of the transformer.
