The O2 menu
WAP is a technology that enables you to access the
Mobile Internet via your phone. O2 has made WAP easy
for you by pre-installing all necessary parameters. To
surf the net, simply press the O2 button

or open the menu overview and:

O2 menu
. Press OK.

> Select Homepage . Press OK
< the display shows “Connecting to (server)
→
Connected”

When connection is established, the O2 homepage will
be displayed. Follow on-screen instructions to browse
the homepage or enter another homepage via the
Options softkey

Options
menu
> Select Back to return to the last page, you were
browsing
> Select
Recent
pages to get a list of the pages, you
have visited
> Select
Refresh
to update the page, you were
browsing
> Select Bookmarks to open your list of bookmarked
pages. You can bookmark approx. 50 URL’s in the
memory.

Add Bookmark
to add an URL to the list.
Press
OK
< an editor opens

> Write the name & address of the wap-site. Press
OK.
> Select
Enter address
to access a new WAP page
> Select Save as homepage to make this page your
start page
Note: Last accessed WAP site will be present in the
editor. Some WAP pages may be password protected.
Some pages will let you enter as a “guest”, but you
may not be eligible to view the entire content.
> Select Settings to customise your browser:
Browser options.
As on a PC you may set your WAP
browser to meet your preferences. This is described in
the “Setting up browser” paragraph in the Advanced
section.
