MAXADDR0
Max Address lock
This field concatenated with 13 trailing zeros indicates the first invalid address of program flash (block 0).
For example, if MAXADDR0 = 0x10, the first invalid address of program flash (block 0) is 0x0002_0000.
This would be the MAXADDR0 value for a device with 128 KB program flash in flash block 0.

This field is reserved.
This read-only field is reserved and always has the value 1.
22–16
MAXADDR1
This field concatenated with leading zeros plus the value of the MAXADDR0 field indicates the first invalid
address of the second program flash block (flash block 1).
For example, if MAXADDR0 = MAXADDR1 = 0x10 the first invalid address of flash block 1 is 0x
0x2_0000. This would be the MAXADDR1 value for a device with 256 KB program flash memory across
two flash blocks.
