KITFS5600SKTEVM evaluation board
1 Introduction
The FS5600 integrates a 36 V DC-DC controller with external FETs and a 36 V DC-
DC converter with internal FETs. In addition, it offers functional safety features such as
independent voltage monitors, windowed watchdog timer, I/O monitoring via ERRMON
and FCCU and built-in self-test. This document covers connecting the hardware,
installing the software and tools, configuring the environment and using the kit.
This document is the user guide for the KITFS5600SKTEVM. This document is intended
for the engineers involved in the evaluation, design, implementation, and validation of
FS5600.

3 Getting ready
Working with the KITFS5600SKTEVM requires the kit contents, additional hardware and
a Windows PC workstation with installed software.
