IF NO DEVICE IS FOUND AND THE PAIRING PROCESS FAILS, FOLLOW THE 

STEPS BELOW AND REPEAT FROM STEP 1 OF SECTION 8.6

1.  Place the NX-100AP Air Purifier near your WiFi router.
2.  Confirm that your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. If unsure, clarify with your 

network provider.

3.  Confirm WiFi password is correct. Use the same WiFi network on your 

smartphone.

4.  Confirm the NX-100AP Air Purifier is powered from the wall outlet. 
5.  Confirm the WiFi indicator 

 on the LCD screen is blinking rapidly (in 

pairing mode).

6.  Check your WiFi has a working internet connection.
7.  If the Auto Scan pairing mode does not work, please contact NX 

customer service.

Select ‘

Home

’ menu and tap on your new device. You will then enter the 

device control page.
