The figure above shows an example of setting 8-bit data width for EBI application. The difference
between 8-bit and 16-bit data width is AD8~AD15. In 8-bit data width setting, and AD8~AD15 are
always the Address[15:8] output so that the external latch needs only 8-bit width.
