Thank you for choosing a Broan-NuTone hose for your central vacuum system. For BN32DV and BN32LV electric hose models, if the
handle connection of the hose is not compatible with your telescopic wand, please call Broan-NuTone Customer Service at 1-888-882-7626.
IMPORTANT (for all models): Do not return the hose to your retail store.
INSTALLING HOSE HANGER
Secure the hose hanger to the wall
using 2 provided screws. According
to the place chosen, the use of
wall anchors (included) may be
necessary.
Wind hose around its hanger when
not in use.
CONNECTING HOSE
(BN32LV AND BN32DV MODELS ONLY)
BN32LV HOSE
To ensure proper operation of the
hose, insert hose into wall inlet (as
shown beside). Align tab up with
depression in wall inlet (
A
).
BN32DV HOSE
(ELECTRIC KITS ONLY)
In addition to connecting into wall
inlet (
A
), dual voltage hose must also
be connected to a standard electrical
outlet (
B
).
OPERATING HANDLE SWITCH
(BN32LV AND BN32DV MODELS ONLY)

LIMITED WARRANTY FOR BN32 AND THREE-YEAR LIMITED
WARRANTY FOR BN32DV AND BN32LV
Venmar Ventilation ULC warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its central
vacuum hose will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
The BN32 hose is warranted for one (1) year; the BN32DV and BN32LB hoses are
warranted for three (3) years from the original purchase date.
This warranty does not cover (a) normal maintenance and service or (b) any products or
parts which have been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, improper maintenance
or repair (other than by Venmar Ventilation ULC or an authorized representative),
faulty installation or installation contrary to recommended installation instructions.
The duration of any implied warranty is limited to the period as specified for the
express warranty.
VENMAR VENTILATION ULC’S OBLIGATION TO REPAIR OR REPLACE, AT VENMAR
VENTILATION ULC’S OPTION, SHALL BE THE PURCHASER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE
REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. VENMAR VENTILATION ULC SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT
OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PRODUCT USE OR PERFORMANCE.
Please do not return your hose to place of purchase. Please visit www.broan.ca or
www.nutone.ca or call 1-888-882-7626 for the name of an authorized representative
in your area. This warranty supersedes all prior warranties. To qualify for warranty
service, you must notify Venmar Ventilation ULC at the address or telephone number
stated below. We will then forward you the authorized service depot in your area. You
will be required to present evidence of the original purchase date.
