How to use it
Some pets may need some time to get used to the bowl. You may gently press your finger
on the floating lid to help your pet notice the presence of water.

Depending on the extent of the malfunction, you may have to return your product for service and repair.
For repairs, please return the complete product and the proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt).
B. Warranty
NUM’AXES guarantees the products against all manufacturing defects for two years after purchase. All postage and packing
charges will be the purchaser’s sole responsibility.
C. Warranty conditions
1. The warranty applies only upon submission of a proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt). The warranty is exclusive to
the original purchaser.
2. This warranty does not cover the following:
•
direct or indirect transport risks linked to the return of the product to
NUM’AXES,
•
product damage resulting from:
-
negligence or fault on part of user (e.g.: bites, breakage, cracking),
-
use contrary to instructions or for other than intended purpose,
-
repairs conducted by unapproved technicians.
•
loss or theft.

If the product is found to be defective, NUM’AXES shall either repair or exchange it, as deemed fit by NUM’AXES.

UM’AXES shall not be held liable in any way for the damages resulting from incorrect use or product breakdown.

or to complying with new regulations.
