Using the application to display the dog on a basemap
Tip: if you are not using the application, turn off Bluetooth on the handheld to save battery charge.
To display your dog on a basemap, please scan the application’s QR code, which is to be found below,
on
the back of your carry case and also on your handheld in Bluetooth/ Android and iOS app QR code. You
will automatically be redirected to our Canicom GPS application. Install it on your smartphone. Our
application is compatible from iOS version 8 and Android version 6.
Caution: before launching the app, remember to activate Bluetooth on your telephone by going into
Settings.
To launch the application: tap the NUM

By default, the application opens with the map. At the bottom of the screen, you will find the
application's various menus:
Map, Compass, Training, Bluetooth.
Tap the Bluetooth menu at the bottom of the screen and select your remote: Canicom GPS.
Your Canicom GPS should then appear as ‘connected’.
