Troubleshooting
Problem

The instrument does
not turn on.
No power is supplied.
Defective power
cable. Fuse is blown
inside the instrument
Please make sure that
power is available and
switched on. Check
the power cable and
the internal fuse and
replace if needed, with
fuse as specified .
The instrument does
not send MIDI data.
MIDI Module is swit-
ched off.
Switch MIDI Module
on by pressing
On/Off

The instrument can not
be controlled via MIDI.
MIDI data are not
sent on MIDI channel
1 or 2
Please send MIDI data
only on MIDI channel 1
and/or 2
The instrument just
plays / sends a fixed
velocity value

No sound is heard.
Sound Bank is
