6.5 Switching the nightlight
on and off
The nightlight function provides a soft dim
light in baby's room.
Note:
Alternatively, you can switch the
nightlight on and off from the baby unit itself
(see "5.5 Nightlight" on page 54).
1. Press the

The menu bar with the main menu will
appear at the bottom of the screen.
2. Use the

button to
select the
Nightlight
menu.
The selected symbol will be shown in red.
3. Press the
to view the
submenu.
If a setting has already been made, either
on the baby unit on the parent unit, the
active setting will be shown in green. In
addition, all the activated functions are
shown in the status bar at the top of the
screen.
4. Use the
or
star in front of the required setting.
60, 40, 20
: nightlight is on, but will
automatically switch off after the set
number of minutes.
ON
: nightlight is permanently on.
OFF
: nightlight is off.
5. Press the

to confirm your
setting.

Attention!
Please note that you could wake
your baby if you activate the night light while
your baby is asleep and Eco-Mode is active.
Eco-mode is active if:
– LED
is flashing
– the corresponding symbol is shown in
the status bar (see "3.3 Overview of
status bar indicators" on page 47)
– video transmission is deactivated
If you switch the nightlight on regardless,
Eco-mode will automatically be deactivated.
6.6 Activating the reminder
function
The baby monitor has a timer with an alarm
function, which can be set to remind you of
baby's next feed time or wake-up time.
