6. CONFIRM PRESSURE and ppO

NCCD runs on pressurised gas.

 

Confirm 10 bar 

“

over ambient

” 

gas drive pressure. 

 

Confirm that gas supply has approx. the same ppO

compartment atmosphere.

 

 

7. CONNECT TO GAS

 

Locate quick connector (QC) [8] for gas connection. Insert male QC 
on NCCD into gas outlet female QC (as you would a BIBS mask).
