When Terminal Is Not
Operating Properly
Before asking repair, see
"Troubleshooting" (→P. 139) in this
manual to check the problem. If the
problem still persists, contact
"Repairs (Inquiries/Request)" on the
last page (in Japanese only).
When Repair Is Necessary
after Inquiring
Bring the terminal to the
DOCOMO-specified repair office.
However, it must be taken during
business hours of the repair office.
Note that repair may take some
days depending on the problem.
■ After the Warranty Period
We will repair the terminal at the
owner's expense.
■ Length of Time that Parts are
in Stock
The functional parts necessary to
repair the terminal will be basically
available for a minimum of 4 years
after the manufacture is
