SYMPTOM CAUSE SOLUTION
Reduced Air Flow.
Restriction.
Check Inlets And Exhaust For Obstructions.
Remove Any That Are Found.
Excessive Vibration.
Impeller Out Of Balance.
Replace Impeller.
Rubbing Sound.
Impeller Bent And Hitting Housing.
Replace Impeller.
Will Not Turn On.
Bad Switch.
Replace.
Slow Starting Or Will Not Start.
Low Voltage.
Eliminate Extension Cords, Or Other
Appliances Being Used On Same Circuit.
Motor Stops From Over Heating. *
Restriction.
Remove Any Restrictions.
* NOTE: This motor is thermally protected and will turn OFF if overheated – it will restart automatically when cool.
