Insert the spray nozzle in the rear of the handpiece and spray approximately 2-3 seconds until
the oil comes out of the handpiece nose.

Caution!

Be sure to hold the handpiece firmly to prevent the handpiece from slipping out by the spray pressure

when lubrication.

Keep the PANA SPRAY bottle upright

Disinfection, cleaning and storing the tools:
Tools made of tool steel are subject to a risk of corrosion. Please only use hot air (180°C) or cleaning-

disinfectant agents with corrosion protection for sterilising the tool for this reason.

Dry the tools immediately after cleaning them and store them in a sterile manner.

Cleaning the Spray System

Fill the spray tank regularly with distilled water. Ensure that no particles of dirt

remain in the water tank.

Fill the spray tank with an ethanol containing spray liquid “PODO LIQUID” to disinfect the
spray system.

The three outlets for spay at the top of the hand piece must be kept
free. So inside arriving water can flow back outside.

Please keep these holes free by using a needle pin or a paper clip

 for

example.

Otherwise the handpiece can be damaged by penetrating liquid.

To prevent a failure of the spray function, we recommend the maintenance of the spray
channels as follows:

daily after finish of the work: Open the spray button 360° and start the device with spray

during 5 to 10 seconds so that eventual dust particles will be blown out of the channels on the

hand-piece.

once a week:  rinse out and clean the water tank. Attention: NEVER dry up the water tank

with a cloth, cotton or tissue as dust particles may appear on the inner side of the tank
obstructing the stylus.

Dust out once a week all channels by turning on the spray button to 360° and turn on the unit

with empty water tank /-10 seconds (with spray) until no more liquid comes out of

the hand-piece.
